You are the mayor in The Settlers Online, where you discover and claim land and build an empire.In The Settlers Online you start with a small settlement which is completely undeveloped and uninhabited at the beginning.

By constructing a variety of different buildings, you slowly turn your modest village into a thriving city. The more you build, the more settlers that are able to live in your settlement.To make your citizens happy, you should build as many different buildings as possible and create working production chains to ensure an endless stock of resources.

There is also the possibility to expand your empire by attacking other players with military force, and claiming their resources and land as your own.To expand your town beyond the confines of your town hall and warehouse, you’ll need to gather resources and produce goods. This includes things like bread and fish to keep your population healthy, stone and wood for construction.

Build roads to connect various buildings for trade and production, from fishing huts on the coast to lumber mills and mines further inland.Construction times run from minutes to hours, and your progress happens alongside and in collaboration with thousands of other players.
